湯布院 Genie’s Farm ジーニーズファーム
おばあちゃんがされていた農業を
お孫さんの衛藤さんご夫婦が継いだ
Genie’s Farm
青森で自然栽培による
リンゴを作ったことで有名な
「奇跡のリンゴ」の木村秋則さんに感銘を受け
自然栽培によるお米や野菜を創っています????
「奇跡のリンゴ」は
私も本を読んだことがあります????
自分の信念を曲げず
失敗も困難にも諦めず
何年もかけて農薬を使わないリンゴ創りを
確立した木村さん
苦難にあっても諦めない強い気持ちに
本を読んで感動したのを覚えています
Genie’s Farmさんも
自然栽培を確立するには
相当な苦労があるだろうと思うと
尊敬の念しかありません????????
さて、この日は軒先で
おばあちゃんがフキを下処理されていました
「私はもう年だからねぇ。
腰が痛くて畑仕事も大変なの。」
と話しながら、その手指の動きは鮮やかで????
あっという間にたくさんのフキの販売準備が終わっていました
「私は自分の知ってること、やってきたことを
孫やお嫁さんが継いでくれると言ってくれた。
本当に幸せ者なの。
だからね、コロナだなんだと言っても私がどう
なってもいいのよ。
ひ孫や若い人に何もなければいいなと
思うのよね。」
と優しい声で話してくださいました。
衛藤さんのおばあちゃんのフキは
湯布院のA-coopで販売中です????

Visited Genie’s Farm in Yufuin.
They make rice and vegetables by natural cultivation.
The owner Eto-san love the apple farmer Mr.Kimura and make
Their products like his way.
Mr.Kimura’s story has become famous book called “Miracle Apples”.????
It’s a true story how he found the way to make apples without Using insecticide.
It took more than 10 years to find it.
I have read the book,
and am impressed that he didn’t give up
to work for it.
I guess it must be hard and tough to make
rice and vegetables like Mr. Kimura’s way.
I respect it so much.
Their grand mother was sitting in front of their house,
Cutting fuki which is Japanese butterbur.
She said “ I am happy lady that my grandchild and his wife
Take over my agriculture knowledge. Hope nothing happen to my Great-grandchild and young people for Corona virus.” with gentle voice.
The fuki is sold at A-roop in Yufuin!
I think the gentle grand mother’s Fuki
must be taste gentle!!
